Ben Sharma

CEO, Zaloni Ben Sharma, is CEO and co-founder of Zaloni. He is a passionate technologist with experience in business development, solutions architecture, and service delivery of big data, analytics and enterprise infrastructure solutions. Having previously worked in management positions for Netapp, Fujitsu and others, Ben’s expertise ranges from business development to production deployment in a wide array of technologies including Hadoop, HBase, databases, virtualization and storage. Ben is the co-author of java in telecommunications and holds two patents.

Paul Cao

Director, Data Services, Wells Fargo Securities, Wells Fargo Paul is Director of Data Services at Wells Fargo Securities, where he leads enterprise data initiatives that tackle large- scale, complex, data standardization challenges, as well as real-time messaging, data transport, data warehousing and data mining challenges across silos. In addition, he is responsible for improving efficiency and profitability while meeting regulatory, compliance and surveillance obligations. Prior to Wells Fargo, Paul was Executive Director of Data Warehouse, Trade Reporting, Regulatory and BI Reporting for JPMorgan Chase, where he led a global team to design and implement a large-scale, real-time trade data warehouse for analytics, business intelligence and regulatory reporting. Paul also held similar positions at Citigroup and Merrill Lynch. He began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he managed a global team to build equity trading and surveillance systems, data warehouses, datamarts, and online applications.
