Kiran Kamreddy

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Teradata Corporation Kiran has 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Consulting, Product Management and Technology Marketing. He has been working on application development, technology implementation, Hadoop and DBMS integration, and big data analytics and reporting. At Teradata, Kiran is responsible for data governance and metadata management solutions for Hadoop including Teradata Loom®. Prior to Teradata, Kiran worked with major technology companies like VMware, SAP and Symantec enabling key technology and data solutions for Fortune 500 customers. Kiran has an MBA from UVA Darden school of business and an Engineering Degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science.

Ted Dunning

Committer for Apache Mahout, Drill, and ZooKeeper Projects & Chief Application Architect, MapR Ted Dunning is Chief Applications Architect at MapR Technologies and committer and PMC member of the Apache Mahout, Apache ZooKeeper, and Apache Drill projects and mentor for Apache Storm, Apache Spark and Apache Flink. Ted is also now VP of Incubator for the Apache Software Foundation. Ted was the chief architect behind the MusicMatch (now Yahoo Music) and Veoh recommendation systems. He built fraud detection systems for ID Analytics (LifeLock) and he has 24 patents issued to date and a dozen pending. Ted has a PhD in computing science from the University of Sheffield. When he’s not doing data science, he plays guitar and mandolin. He also bought the beer at the first Hadoop user group meeting.

Scott Brave

CTO, FullContact Scott Brave is CTO at FullContact, provider of apps and services powering the smartest address books on the planet. Prior to FullContact, Scott was cofounder and CTO at Baynote, a recommendation engine company serving large eCommerce websites. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction and B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, as well as an M.S. from the MIT Media Lab. Scott's experience spans big data, machine learning, and human-computer interaction.
